I’m Matt. Director of Gray Projects, your project partner in the NZ infrastructure sector.
I am a professional Programme Manager operating my own professional services business which provides project planning, delivery and advisory services within the public and private sectors. My primary goal is to provide expert guidance in navigating strategic, technical, commercial, and risk-related challenges.
My specialisation is in the upfront project work where I can support my clients investment decision making to enable maximum value and enable strategic outcomes.
I manage project feasibilities, planning, and Business Case processes, while also offering extensive experience in project delivery and construction. Providing clients with support from inception to completion is what makes me tick.
Through Gray Projects, I provide an independent, proactive, and hands-on project management style that is underpinned by a commitment to delivering successful outcomes.
